Lose weight

I heard it was 21 days to break a habit and start a new one but I do know that if you eat a large healthy breakfast you will be less hungry throughout the day. Also you will burn off that meal and if it is your largest you will lose weight.

I don't know the reason behind it being so hard other than if a person is in a habit for many years it is hard to break any habit. I have made up my mind to lose weight and I am following along the plan I have come up with. I am not taking any kind of diet pills. I eat six meals a day and I walk. Because one of the things that have been proved is you have to both exercise and watch what you eat. I have been doing this now for four weeks and I have lost six pounds. I have made a promise to myself that I am going to continue with this.

even though i am a little fat,i do not want to lose weight.i seldom am ill all over the years.but in the time of my retrial i lose 5 kilograms suprisingly,maybe bacause then i always worry about my retrial,sometimes one day i only ate one steamed stuffed bun,i did not feel hungry all day.

It takes a great deal of time and effort to break old habits. Some people aren't disciplined enough. I guess. I drank 8 oz. cup of soy milk with 1 tbs. nestle quik cocoa powder and a 1/4 of a banana for breakfast. It filled me up for a couple of hours. For less than 140 calories.
