How dose a leader dismantle nuclear war heads/cut defense budget & pursue enemy

I must agree with remain keeping our nation strong,I just don't understand people that support Obama when he tells them he will dismantle our nuclear war heads,withdrawn billions from our defense budget,then in the next breath tells us he will face the enemy head on go to where Bin Laden lives,I ask with what our children toy army rifles.
The fact of the matter such as going to where Bin Laden lives which is Pakistan such as smoke Obama blow in his big speech Our troops processed in to Pakistan we will have the fight of our lives on our hands,so I understand Barack Obma was blowing smoke just hope many millions and million of other American's have at least the basic understanding going to Bin Laden cave would serve to only start a third world war with out any question.
Many understand we must first must keep our country safe just like it has been since we was attacked Sept 11,2001.
Our country striped from what keeps our milatary strong no one will be asking questions about wolves being shot in Alaska,or stem cell research when our people are dieing in the street after a vicious radical muslin attach on our soil.
gewcew, I now will have to wait for some one to tell me how Barack Obama plan of stripping out milatary to the bone will work for the United States best interest.
