How many time have you seriouly tried a diet program?  | |  I mean, come on, seriously, have you ever on a diet for your own good and which carries on until mot necessary?
As for me, I've tried it for several times. Although it's very effective, I do this it's very difficult to carry on. Just on event will simply ruin all your effort.

i was on that weight loss for dummy's for a while. it was good, but man, its hard to stick to on those only fruit days and only veggie days, then i got really sick with diverticulitus and mono and i couldnt stay on it anymore..
so, unfortunatly i cant help you, i'm so sorry!!!
