The water is good. Walk as much as possible, increasing the distance you walk each day. I could only do a couple blocks at first, but now I walk 2-3 miles each day. Just dieting won't lose you much wieghtl you have to exercise as well, and walking is good exercise for the heart and lungs. Just don't overdo it at first.

We can manage as we are only going to sleep. But don't skip dinner if you have to stay awake for long. Dont's Avoid chips. Avoid protien powders mixed with milk. Avoid too much sugar. Avoid curd and replace with buttermilk. Avoid sweets and chocolates. Have them once in a week if you want to.
