How do you mend your broken heart?

Time is the best healer. Try to divert your mind on other useful things. Although pain seems so great at this moment eventually it will ease and hopefully you ll feel better. Find supportive friends at this crucial moment in life.

I do experience that kind of feelings, It hurts so much, to the point that you like to end up your life. But i cope with that, i let my self keep busy everyday, i try not to think of the past. My friends helps me alot to overcome that painful experienced.I foccus on study and i avoid listening sentimental songs and watching drama on television. And then after a long time maybe a month or two,i surprised that those broken heart is mended.

I'm trying to cope with that right now. My boyfriend died a couple of days ago and I'm going through my grieving phase. But I'm not gonna be like this for a long time. As they say, "pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice."

Hi musicandme! When we love someone, we should also be ready to be hurt. That's a reality. I have loved, was loved so many times...and still keep on loving. When I love someone, I always give my whole heart. That is the reason why, it really hurts too much. But it's just a matter of acceptance and forgiveness. It is said that, "It is better to love and fail than never love at all." Though, we are hurt a lot of times, still we must keep on believing that somebody out there is prepared for us...to love us unconditionally.

ohhh.. I haven't yet.. hehehee,, but I have my bf ryt now.. I don't want to loose him.. his my man of my dream.. and if I loose him I might be crazy!!! I might can't move on with that!:((

i cried and cried and cried..i kept on blaming myself why i was so foolish falling in love with that guy, why is it that my heart's so blind...lots of nights i asked the stars above why me?! what i had done wrong?! i only give my heart to someone i thought will love me till the end but left me with a broken hearted..sob..

acceptance is the number one key..i always kept telling myself that he's not worthy, that he's not the one for me..and SOMEONE is on his way searching the way to find me for us to have an everlasting love..(",) and HE did found me..(",)

He was my adopted brother..i want to have relation with him because he look like my bestfriend. no body knows... because i to concern to him, he fall in love with me.. me? yes i also fall in love with him but how can i love someone couple? so i try to hide my feeling untill i found my fiance. So... dont give you heart so early untill you know him or her better!!
