Kamakaze Pigeon!  | |  As true as I'm sat here ... during lunch at our office today, a very loud bang suddenly occured on our window - huge bang!
Upon looking up, in a startled manner, I caught sight of a grey thing falling to the ground below. It was a pigeon. He flew, at considerable speed, straight into our office window, broke his neck, and fell 30 feet to the ground - dead.
Given that our office does not have an opposite window, the fly through theory goes 'out of the window' (if you'll pardon the pun).
Whatever must he have been thinking about?

Once it was open and a pidgeon flew right into my living room and was flapping about. I love birds but not when they flap about. I had to get a friend to help it out. I think birds are extremely eccentric! Or perhaps insane. lol
