Favorite place to Holiday?

Beach and solemn places are good favorite place for me.

I live in Bangalore, India which is called the silicon capital of the world. Off late it has been transformed into a metropolitan city due to which there is increased traffic congestion and pollution. I would love to go on a holiday to a beach or mountains or any calm good place. Due to my work shedules I seldom able to go anywhere. I would like to go to Kemangundi which is a hill station and visit the malpe beach. What about you? Tell me some thing about your favourite holiday destination.

My favorite place to travel is a tropical island or country. I like to see native wildlife and have a great adventure. I love to spend time on palm fringed beaches. I am quite fond of visiting historic cities. I like to climb a mountain for just one day on a trip. I enjoy walking along a long distance track. Variety is the key factor that I need for a trip. I tend to visit five or more different places on a trip. Like in 2006 I flew to Mexico, went snorkeling, watched wildlife, climbed Mayan temples and went caving. I went to towns on that trip. On my latest trip, this summer, I took my toddler son to three capital cities in the Baltic countries and we went to the countryside and beach as well. I like excitement and finding out new knowledge more than relaxation because that can get boring. In the Maldives the islands were lovely but there was so little to do. By comparison island hopping in the Seychelles was so enjoyable and interesting.
