Happiness. Is it made, achieved or found?

Happiness is something which comes with practise lol and I dont mean that to sound odd,but if things are not going your way the only person who can change that is yourself!its natural to be sad at times,its perfectly normal to be miserable at times.But often I will say to my self at night..I am going to have a lovely day tomorrow,and lo and behold that puts me in a positive frame of mind,and then the good feelings kick in,its because I have worked hard at trying to be happy.Often happiness comes naturally,we watch our family and friends do something funny or good,and we feel elated,proud often too.But I do feel that it is a quality that does have to be worked at a little yes.

Happiness is to be achieved. one should work it out in there life to gain happiness. I usually dont feel tense, i face any situation with ease. I love to be every where and so i try to be and be happy all the time.

If i say your question is a philosophy problem,do you agree with me?how to acquire happiness is a complex problem.it's depend on how do you define the happiness.if you think the fulfillment in your working is important to you just make efforts.But if finding the Mr Right is your goal you can wait for him only and then love him .So how to select a word to describe how do you get the happiness in your hand? maybe the three words i was given are the answer: found made and achieved

happiness is within you. it is inside your heart. it is not made it is not achieved and it is not found for it is within you already. for me it is a personality. there re people who found happiness but still are not happy. achieved happiness still are not happy. and some who made themselves hapy but still arenot happy. it is in us we should lnow how to feel that happiness.

Happiness is sometimes found or it is achieved within ourselves. being happy is such a great feeling and when youve found it you will know it that you always see things in a different perspective. Smile always!

I think happiness can either be made, achieved and found,
I think in order for us to achieve happiness we have to do something. Happiness is not something that just comes to us always. There are also times that we have to do something to achive happiness. Sometimes its a way for us to show that we really deserve that happiness because we really earned it and did something to achieve it.
If we did something to have happiness it just means that we made it and in the process of doing it we have achieved it. More or less when we achieve happiness would also mean that we have found what we have been searching for. I think almose all people aspire to find happiness in life. Hugsssss tedyyy
