When in doubt throw it out

Yes, my husband and I do it all the time. When in doubt, throw it away. Better to be safe than sorry. Usually with fruits and vegetable, specially when they have a different color already or different texture.

Yeah, I always go that rule. It's safer to just throw them out than suffer the consequence.

My stomach has always been sensitive to food (so as my family's) that's why we try to be careful of what we eat else we'll end up staying in the comfort room the whole day or so. And I tell you it is an Ugly sight!

So, instead of enduring lots of pain and high medical bills and expenses, when in doubt, THROW 'EM OUT!

i always go by that rule! better safe than sorry lol! in fact today, my 13yr old came to me with a tupperware container of refried beans, asking if i thought they were still good.
i smelled them.and couldnt really smell anything. they didnt smell bad, but they didnt smell like refried beans either..so When In Doubt Throw It Out!

i tend to do the smell test if it smells then its not good if not then try it and hope i dont get sick from it lol. my wife on the other hand like to throw every thing out if its good or not she only eats freash bread if its even 1 day old she throws it out now thats wasteing.
