If she will not speak to her, maybe try to write a letter explaining how you feel and that you didn't mean to hurt her intentionally. Us women can be very stubborn especially if something or someone has hurt us. If you truly like this person then please don't give up, I believe she will listen in the end.

Did you apologize? That is the first thing I would do. Then try to realize what you did wrong to hurt her, even though it was unintentional. If you know what you did wrong and tell her you know and that you promise not to do it again, it really may be that simple. Give it a try, if not then write her, something nice, sweet and apologetic..good luck!
