Can we prevent Terrorism by Educating poor people?

Is it true conclusion that we can prevent Terrorism and suicide bombers by educating and puting more funds in those areas that are ignored so far? what realy force those people to be terrorist? may be some sort of political agenda behind their motives or might be something related to brain washing and to take money from different organisations working for their own motives, for their family and children, may be tomorrow they will also like to do the same. so if we educate and make those people more aware and to make them in touch with the rest of the world, provide them jobs, may be they can be helpful for the soceity. what you say?
