Boil an egg for each person. Meanwhile make a white sauce, add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and dry mustard to taste...obviously if making this for littlies leave the sauce fairly bland. My elderly Dad likes his a bit spicy but not hot. Stir the sauce keeping it at pouring consistency. Make some toast, chop an egg up on the toast and pour over the sauce. It's so quick and easy and incredibly yummy. I'm sure you can vary it to suit your own family's tastes and it will be a favourite with them too. Great for brekky, lunch or dinner.
Warning: It makes you fart. LOL
