They were fun to watch and see how they kept trying to out do one another. Orlando Bloom did make a very hadnsome elf I agree and he looked good moving around in the fight scenes;). He does have a great looking body after all.

As far as I can remember they broke the record of another movie, Titanic, who gained lots of awards- LOTR I think, gained 11 or more in the Grammys (was it Grammys or Oscars?? I can't really remember). Anyway, the effects are well done, so are the stunts. They were able to get a set of really great actors to portray each roles. The setting, the make up and designs were really cool. If you went to their official site, you can watch there parts of the making of the movie, like making plenty of orcs, the battle scenes and stuffs..
Of course I definitely love Legolas. He's a very elegant character, he does great stunts and is a very handsome elf. He's a prince, afterall. I also like Legolas' personality. Orlando Bloom was able to portray the character of Legolas very well. Actually, everyone did, but each has his/her own favorite of course.^_^
I like the friendship of the elf and the dwarf. Legolas and Gimli were fun to watch. During the battle at Helms Deep, they had a deal remember? The one who's able to kill more orcs wins. Gimli wins, unfortunately by one point. But Legolas was kind so there were no arguments (It was in the book).Also, in the end they ended up sailing together in the book... What Friendship!!
Love the characters, love the settings and effects.. Love the Movie!!
