A friend of mine called me and so excited that she will have a baby after waiting for ten or more years. Knowing that she can't get pregnant, I was excited and at the same time wanting to know what she did to finally conceive. She told me she's not pregnant but she and her mate is adopting their maid's baby.
The maid got pregnant and the father of the child took off and being from the poor rural family, who supports 4 of her siblings plus the parents, she knows that she won't be able to afford to raise her baby. She just turned twenty and afraid of what her father do to her when he finds out that she's pregnant. (By the way, in this country where they're staying, there is no such thing as help from the government.)
My friend and her hubby are well-off and willing to adopt her kid and give her a hefty sum to start herself a new life after the baby is born. | |
