The man allegedly recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.146 while riding a horse in Mount Isa, about midnight (AEST) Monday.
Police said it was a timely reminder that regardless of a person's choice of transportation, all road rules still applied.
The man will appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on October 13.[/i]
