This fellow (sheik) from Saudi thinks that women who wears eye make-up are out to seduce men. If they fall prey and get seduced, it is not the men's fault!So he reckons their faces must be covered with only one eye exposed! LOL! Oh dear! Glad I don't live in that part of the world!
