Romance

Romance is a general term that refers to an intimate and often sexual relationship between two people. It is an exaggerated or decorated expression of love. It also refers to a feeling of excitement associated with love.Historically, the term "romance" did not necessarily imply love relationships, but rather was seen as an artistic expression of one's innermost desires; sometimes including love, sometimes not. Romance is still sometimes viewed as an expressionistic, or artful form, but within the context of "romantic love" relationships it usually implies an expression of one's love, or one's deep emotional desires to connect with another person. "Romance" in this sense can therefore be defined as attachment, fascination, or enthusiasm for something or someone, in literature similar exaggerated narration is called romance.

Densha Otoko

Densha Otoko (Densha Otoko? translated as Train Man) is a Japanese movie, television series, manga, novel, and other media, all based on the purportedly true story of a 23 year old otaku (Japanese geek) who intervened when a drunk man was harassing several women on a train. The otaku ultimately begins dating one of the women. The event, and the man's subsequent dates with the woman, who became known as Hermès (Erumesu?), was chronicled on the Japanese mega-BBS 2channel. This led to the compilation of the relevant threads in a book, followed by several manga versions, a movie released in June 2005, a theatrical play later released as a DVD, and finally a TV series that aired on Fuji TV from July 7 to September 22, 2005 (with a special episode on October 6, 2005). The series originally aired on Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. A two hour long TV special, Densha Otoko Deluxe, aired on September 23, 2006. - answers.com

Absolute Boyfriend - Zettai Kareshi

Riiko Izawa has never had a boyfriend and she has been rejected by every boy she has ever had a crush on. When she returns a lost cell phone to an oddly dressed salesman, he directs her to his company's website as a way to thank her. Riiko unwittingly ends up ordering a "figure" which will be her boyfriend with the intention of returning him after the free three day trial order. After her three-day trial is over, Riiko finds that she cannot return her perfect mail-order boyfriend (whom she has named "Night") and is stuck with a bill for 100,000,000 yen (approximately 1 million USD). The mysterious salesman, Namikiri Gaku, tells her the company will waive the bill if she will help them collect data about women's feelings, and data about their mental and physical structures in order to perfect future “Nightly Lover” models. Unbeknownst to Riiko, her next-door neighbor and childhood friend, Sōshi Asamoto, has a crush on her which he strives to hide by frequently teasing her. He has promised her mother that he will watch over Riiko while her parents are away, and when he sees Riiko with her new "boyfriend," his jealousy creates the central love triangle of the series. Riiko must keep Night's true nature of an inhuman being a secret from everyone around her while struggling to decide if she loves Night, despite being a "figure" who seems to be developing true emotions, or Sōshi, who has loved her since childhood. There are at least 4 books in the US out in print since September 2007 - answers.com
