A rainbow of colored and diced bell peppers! The 99 cent store had three bell peppers in one package for 99 cents, yellow, orange, and red. Unfortunately we bought ONE green one at the regular grocery store for 79 cents first before we went to the 99 Cent Store! We won't be making that mistake again, first we go to the 99 Cent Store and THEN the regular grocery store!! I chopped them all up and put them in a ziplock bag to freeze them for later when we will use them for cooking. That way they don't spoil before we use them! That's one way we can save our fresh bell peppers and don't end up wasting them!
