Old age consists of ages nearing or surpassing the average life span of human beings, and thus the end of the human life cycle. Old people should listen to classical music

I promised myself that when the time comes, I would be listening more of classical music as I learned that it could help prevent degenerating illnesses associated with slowing down of the mental process....I don't really dig classical music, but with that new knowledge, I guess I just have to learn to love it...
